Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-09-11. These terms apply to the Nordic Daggers eSport player portal (“the portal”), run by Hugo Caesar as a private individual in Sweden. By logging in you accept them.

1. Who may use the portal

  • The portal is a private tool for members of Nordic Daggers eSport. Access is granted only to Discord accounts that the team has whitelisted, and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (Discord’s minimum age).
  • You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Do not share your login or let others use the portal through your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to access the portal without being whitelisted, or bypass the login;
  • share internal team information from the portal with outsiders without permission;
  • upload or post unlawful, abusive or infringing content;
  • disrupt, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities.

3. Content and intellectual property

Team material in the portal belongs to Nordic Daggers eSport or its members. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Nordic Daggers eSport is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

4. Availability and liability

The portal is provided free of charge, “as is”, without guarantee of availability. To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nordic Daggers eSport is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy and cookie information.

6. Termination

We may remove you from the whitelist and end your access at any time, for example when you leave the team or breach these terms. You may stop using the portal at any time by signing out and asking to be removed from the whitelist.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law and any disputes are handled by the Swedish courts.
